Seven Beauty Policies
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies
If booking a lash extension service, please fill out the client intake form located on my booking site. You only need to fill this form out once.
Card info must be added and saved on file to book an appointment. In the case of the card info not saving to your client profile, it will be added and saved at your appointment.
All appointments will be accepted by Seven Beauty when booked. The client intake form must be filled out for all new lash extension clients before your appointment is accepted.
You can book out any service 60 days in advance.
Cancel any appointment if you are feeling sick. Cancellation/rescheduling policies apply.
10 minute late period, anytime after 10 minutes of your appointment and your appointment will be subject to cancellation/rescheduling.
Allowed 1 guest to bring to your appointment. Please do not bring any children that are not able to sit for a long period of time.
Services are NON-refundale, please contact Seven Beauty if any concerns arise.
All cancellations and reschedules need to have a 24 hour notice to avoid a 50% service charge.
All no call/no shows will result in a 100% service charge.
All no show/cancellation/rescheduling fees are NON-refundable.
No foreign fills! If you have work done from another lash tech please book a removal with your appointment or have them removed before your appointment.
Any fill booked over 3 weeks from your last appointment is considered a full set.
You must have at least 50% of your lash extensions on to be considered a fill. This applies to 2 and 3 week fills.
If you have recently had a lash lift, you must wait at least 6 weeks from your lash lift to book a lash extension appointment.
Lash extension Clients
Come with clean lashes. This means no product, dirt, oil or mascara on your lashes.
Be prepared to be laying down for 1-2 1/2 hours.
No gum or food of any time in your mouth during your lash appointment.
Get comfy!
Brow Wax/Lamination Clients
Must be off of any retinoids/retinols, acne prescriptions or anything prescribed by a dermatologist for your skin 7 days before your wax/lamination appointment.
Avoid using AHA’s the week prior to your brow wax appointment.
Must be off of Accutane for at least a year prior to any waxing/lamination.
Sunburned or areas with opened skin can not be waxed/laminated.
Must wait 7 days after a light chemical peel or microdermabrasion before wax/lamination.
Waxing can not be performed if you have had any type of laser resurfacing within the past year.
